Architecture
Design Alaska’s architectural design team is currently comprised of four professional architects, several adventurous and talented architectural interns, multiple graphic designers, and LEED certified individuals. Together they have more than 80 years of combined professional design experience. The architects are supported by a team of CAD technicians who assist with drawings, renderings, and interior color boards. The department is well versed in all presentation medium -ACAD, Revit, Sketchup, 3D Max, Adobe In Design, and Adobe Photoshop. The architectural group is responsible for project design and detailing, beginning with initial programming/planning to working side by side with the client through design and construction.
We are experienced in both new and renovation projects, commercial, education, institutional, light industrial, recreational, and residential facilities. Our experience includes all facets of the professional architectural practice including feasibility studies, master planning, program reports, code analysis, construction documentation, area development plans, comprehensive interior designs, and construction administration.
